It Is Never Too Early To Get Financial Retirement Advice

Is it good to buy a new house for good schoo district purposes?
We wanted to buy a new house for the purpose of a good school distrist. Our school district right now is okay, like "recognized", but I want an exemplary one. We have an existing house and it's placed now on the market for sale, the mortgage balance is $45,000 with an interest rate of 7%. I don't know if it's really a good idea to move, just for the reason of a good school district. One of my co-workers advised, that I should move since the interest of buying is low (4.75%). And my cousin said, why move, you only have few years to pay off your mortgage, less than 10 years. If you move, another mortgage loan of $145,000 and the term is 30 years. So now I am confused, although I am trying to weigh things. Where I lived at right now, I have no problem with my neighbors, my house is new when me and my husband purchased. The school is just okay. Whereas the new house, where we are planning to buy, very good school district, nice neighborhood, it's in a rich area, good amenities, the monthly payment would be the same monthly payment of what I have been paying with my house right now, for I am paying extras, but my only concern is the term of loan, 30 years, also the distance to my work (will adjust eventually). Another thing, my son who is 7 years old loved our house, he doesn't want us to move, though we have explained to him, it's for him, not for us. Please advise. Thank you.
